The second part of a collaborative project between Lou Sheppard and Will Robinson that reflects on the Brutalist Architectures that house art and culture within the Atlantic Region. Within the ‘Living monument’ to Canada’s Confederation, the Confederation Centre to the Arts in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, the artists reflect on the rhetoric, pageantry and performance of the confederation of Canada, its legacies and the future potential of this building submerged under the rising sea.
